This project is envisioned as a low-density residential enclave blending Chinese courtyards, modern stacked villas, and elegant towers. Guided by the philosophy of “Following the Scenery,” it transcends conventional living to create a spiritual retreat that embodies both the grace of an oriental academy and contemporary aesthetics.

The layout follows the natural landscape, structured around “one axis and two bays.” Buildings step along the stream, merging architecture with scenery.A “three-courtyard sequence” organizes the space, leading residents from public lanes through serene gardens into private courtyards—a ritual journey home.Each home type speaks the common language of “borrowing scenery”: courtyards enclose tranquility, villas layer vertical gardens, and towers frame views within,together expressing the modern resonance of Eastern beauty.
