About The Entry
The project positions itself as a benchmark for innovation, integrating industrial spaces, commercial amenities, and a regional transit hub. Adopting a Live-Work-Play philosophy, it embeds daily living functions and landscaped environments into the layout, creating a vibrant public realm at ground level with an elegant urban skyline overhead. U-shaped building clusters with open courtyards channel ecological resources from surrounding green spaces, blending urban architecture with natural landscapes and enabling seamless indoor-outdoor connections.
Supporting buildings are carefully integrated with the urban context. Layered overhanging eaves evoke traditional Chinese architectural artistry, while transitional grey spaces between buildings and streets foster a boundary-free connection with the city. Rooftops feature paving and decorative frameworks with photovoltaic installations, concealing mechanical equipment and promoting sustainable, low-energy operation.
The facades reinterpret traditional heritage through a contemporary lens, combining russet metal embellishments and warm gray aluminum frames to achieve humanistic warmth alongside modern transparency. Layered viewing experiences—from distant architectural forms conveying cultural confidence, to mid-range spatial layouts shaping the park’s character, and close-up material textures creating aesthetic depth—deliver a dynamic and coherent visual identity.
Functionally, the design addresses diverse industrial needs through small, adaptable building units that accommodate research, testing, and scenario-driven industrial acceleration. A developmental framework emphasizes a perceptive community, experiential urban blocks, adaptable architecture, and distinctive facades, linking enterprises, end users, capital resources, and technological innovation into a cohesive ecosystem. By integrating contemporary design with Eastern and Western influences, the project reinterprets traditional elements through modern vocabulary, setting a benchmark for contemporary Chinese industrial architecture.
Ultimately, the project achieves functional versatility, spatial integration, and stylistic innovation. It supports regional industrial upgrading while fostering synergy between technological innovation and urban life, demonstrating the potential of modern industrial parks to combine aesthetic expression, social influence, and enduring operational value.
