In 2019, Zhejiang Province pioneered the concept of the “Future Community” — a new residential model centered on human-oriented design, ecology, and digital integration. Since then, the concept has continuously evolved beyond a simple collection of amenities into a holistic urban lifestyle ecosystem.

Located at the intersection of Renmin Road and Century Avenue, two major urban axes of Longgang, Future Focus represents a collaborative exploration between Gemdale and UCGD into the next generation of future communities. Through the creation of an “urban super podium,” the project establishes a complete living framework that prioritizes order, self-sufficiency, and a sustainable urban rhythm over spectacle and excess.
