Tiandiyuan Yunhe Jinshang-Luxury Maison

Tiandiyuan Yunhe Jinshang takes oriental aesthetics as its brush and natural textures as ink to create Xi’an’s first healing landscape of Cloud Brocade Canyon. Condensing the artistic charm of the Qinling Mountains within the residential compound, it turns every homecoming into a poetic wandering.

In the fast-paced urban life, we constantly long for a natural retreat — a place that embraces downtown prosperity while offering serene mountain tranquility.

Breaking away from the monotonous linear layout of conventional gardens, the project overcomes spatial constraints with an ultra-low plot ratio of 2.3. It innovatively delivers a three-dimensional vertical canyon landscape and builds an immersive system of “two axes, one core and ten scenes”. Spanning around 9,000 sq.m., the immersive forest garden presents a rare feast of harmony between nature and architecture in the prime Xi’an Hi-Tech Zone.

As one of Xi’an’s rare fifth-generation high-end residential communities, Yunhe Jinshang follows four principles: refined luxury, vertical ecology, blooming floras and tailored design. It redefines the laid-back quiet luxury for elite residents.

Distinct from flat landscapes in ordinary neighborhoods, the project deeply integrates urban living with vertical forest concepts. Guided by the design spirit of “leisurely life coexisting with cloud valley”, it features the themed landscape “Paradise above Clouds · Brocade Blossoms”. Drawing essence from natural mountains and waters, it breaks urban spatial boundaries, creates a canyon-forest dwelling for intellectual groups, fulfills their spiritual pursuit of an urban utopia and satisfies their innate longing for authentic nature.
