ANTA has established its first Basketball Arena in the world, an innovative space centered on the narrative theme of “A Timeless Dialogue in Sports.” The design presents a complete spatiotemporal axis, spanning from ancient Greek civilization to modern athletics, and extending into future trends. This reflects ANTA’s profound insight into basketball events and its tribute to athletics culture.

The design traces the origins of the competitive spirit, paying homage to classical athletics traditions through elements inspired by Greek arenas, Roman Colosseum, and Olympic flame installations. To improve the overall space experience, it integrates sports and retail through a dual-scenario dynamic interaction system. The atrium preserves an authentic basketball court design, enhancing both competitive attributes and shopping experiences for optimal functionality. A theater-inspired loop layout, with an Olympic flame installation as a centerpiece, intuitively guides circular exploration. Dedicated zones for men’s, women’s, and children’s products, along with fitting rooms, showers, and athlete preparation areas, meet consumers’ diverse needs, ensuring a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Breaking free from traditional constraints, the space bridges classicism and modernity with innovative aesthetics. The sub-brand ANTA SNEAKERVERSE focuses on trend culture, featuring a bold logo that bursts out of classical art frames with unstoppable energy, while ANTA GUANJUN caters to elite outdoor enthusiasts. By fusing the Olympic spirit of ancient Greece with China’s natural landscape culture, the space evokes a sense of divine power rooted in nature.

Premium materials with distinctive aesthetic appeals are used throughout the space. Light-toned marble floors and walls evoke athletic solemnity, while weathered stone steps create the ambiance of ancient ruins, immersing customers in the atmosphere of a Greek arena. The atrium mimics the iconic sweeping curves of Athens Olympic Stadium, with olive wreaths as the symbol of victory encircling the space to amplify the competitive spirit. Dynamic effects of linear LED screens further enhance the immersive atmosphere of live sports events. Additionally, athletic sculptures and stately colonnades harmoniously blend strength and beauty, celebrating the essence of competition.
