As the new nucleus of the digital marketing business, the office environment was created to enhance competitiveness and productivity while promoting efficient interaction, with the aim of strengthening the business domain of the new company that merged the two group companies. The key is "walls. The walls are manipulated to create a diverse work environment that sometimes separates, sometimes emphasizes change, and sometimes creates a sense of connection. This design allows employees to work comfortably and efficiently while stimulating creativity. This office offers an innovative way of working as a base for the future of digital marketing.
In a new office, employees from different organizations will work in one place, so it is important to facilitate interactions between organizations. Normally, walls are removed to create an integrated and open environment, but here we dared to create a wall in between and manipulate the changes inside and outside the wall to realize a variety of work styles and enable smooth interaction. The concept is "Borders. The changes inside and outside of the borders have three major axes: changes in the sound environment of motion and stillness, changes in the light environment of light and darkness, and changes in scale of large and small.
The walls that define “Borders” create optimal environments for each functional area—such as communication spaces and booth seating—by precisely controlling opening sizes and window transparency. Lighting color temperature, color schemes, and plant density also vary accordingly, allowing active zones that encourage lively interaction to coexist with calm areas suited for focused work. The design incorporates organic expressions throughout—curved contours, gradients, soft colors, and natural materials—emphasizing the office's advanced and contrasting characteristics as befits a company pioneering digital ventures.
