About The Entry

Resilient Branch is a multifunctional jewelry piece inspired by branches and leaves found in nature, symbolizing the inner resilience and strength of women. Like branches that bend with the wind yet never break, the design reflects adaptability and quiet confidence within modern professional life. Designed to be worn as both a brooch and a pendant, the piece responds to the versatility required in contemporary settings, allowing women to transition seamlessly across different occasions while maintaining a composed and powerful presence. The creation process begins with wax carving to construct the organic, flexible structure of the branches and inverted leaves, creating depth and layered movement. After casting the form into metal, hand engraving is applied to the surface to preserve delicate bark textures, capturing traces of natural growth. Pavé-set diamonds are used on the leaves, adding subtle brilliance and movement that interact with the center stone. The centerpiece is an indicolite tourmaline, selected for its calm and gentle hue, which brings a quiet yet grounded strength to the piece, representing inner stability and enduring confidence.
